PERMANENT MAKEUP SERVICES Arrive no later than 20 minutes from your scheduled appointment time. After 20 minutes, your appointment will be considered as "no show" and result in forfeiture of your booking fee PLUS 100% of balance for your service. Please take into account traffic times and weather conditions when driving to your appointment. NO SHOWS A "no call no show" will result in 100% of your service balance due immediately and card on file WILL be charged. Please take into consideration that NUMI does not tolerate "no call no shows" and you will be blocked from our booking systems if your card declines.Communication is key. BOOKING FEE *A NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE of $150 will be required when booking an appointment.We will text you a payment link.100% of the booking fee will go towards your balance.*Booking fee is NON-REFUNDABLE/TRANSFERABLE . RESCHEDULE/CANCELATION You have up to 1 week to reschedule or Cancel your appointment. If you choose to cancel or reschedule for any reason after the 7 day window this will result in losing your booking fee. Please book wisely! ALL OTHER SERVICES Arrive no later than 10 minutes from your scheduled appointment time. After 10 minutes, your appointment will be considered as "no show" and result in 100% of balance due for your service. Please take into account traffic times and weather conditions when driving to your appointment. NO SHOWS A "no call no show" will unfortunatly result in dismisall of your booking privileges.Please take into consideration that NUMI does not tolerate "no call no shows". RESCHEDULE/CANCELATION You have up to 48 hours to reschedule or Cancel your appointment. If you choose to cancel or reschedule for any reason outside of this window, will result in 50% fee charged to your card. Please book wisely!We understand emergencies may happen the day of your appointment and may make it impossible to make it. We offer a ONE TIME curtesy exception when given at least a 2 hour notice for brow styling services only. Cancellation Policy
Due to serving a high volume of clientele I am not able to accept same day cancellations via social media ,voicemail, email or text message . Therefore no shows or same day cancellations will need to be paid in full UNLESS you transfer your appointment to a friend/family member.
All deposits are non refundable.
